Dr. Gülşah Çelik Gül is an Associate Professor in the Department of
Chemistry at Balıkesir University in Turkey. In addition to her academic
role, she is a co-founder of Novalabs Chemistry Incorporated Company, an
academic spin-off company located in the Balıkesir Technopark.

practical, science-based solutions for the chemical industry and actively bridges the gap by guiding
university students through the local Technopark ecosystem. She is also a recognized advocate for women in
STEM, participating in various podcasts and panels as a female entrepreneur.
